Indexation Independence Policy

Research and Advances in Medicine (RAMJ) follows transparent editorial, publishing, and metadata practices to support accurate visibility in indexing, abstracting, and scholarly discovery databases. However, the journal does not control the independent policies, technical processes, selection criteria, timelines, or display formats used by external indexing and abstracting services.

RAMJ expressly disclaims responsibility for any alterations, modifications, formatting changes, metadata adjustments, indexing delays, omissions, errors, or discrepancies that may occur during the evaluation, inclusion, or display of journal content by third-party indexing databases, search engines, repositories, catalogues, or abstracting platforms.

While RAMJ makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate article metadata, publication details, author information, references, digital identifiers, and journal information, the final presentation, classification, correction, updating, or removal of such information within external databases remains under the authority of the respective indexing or abstracting service.

Therefore, Research and Advances in Medicine cannot be held liable for changes, errors, inconsistencies, delays, or omissions arising from the independent operations of external indexing and abstracting platforms. Authors, readers, and institutions are advised to verify indexing records directly from the concerned database where necessary.
